At approximately 11 p.m. on September 25, Centennial Medical Center was notified of a fire at the NHC Healthcare facility.At that time, more than 20 Centennial employees were deployed to participate in rescue efforts.
Approximately 85 patients were brought to Centennial for triage. Fifty-five of the patients were admitted to Centennial, the rest were taken to other area hospitals.
Centennial activated its command center to provide information for family members.Patient conditions are still being assessed.
